suppress comment subjects

I'd also like to suppress comment subjects (headings), especially the automated ones we have by default. See Down with comment subjects! for the reasons, and a couple of comments on for a solution. Further on at Comment subject field for another solution.

That whole article and discussion is rather interesting - I disagree with some of the suggestions, and Jeff, the original poster, seems not to have a wiki-like philosophy (i.e. he wants to keep control rather than giving it). But a good discussion.
