Also re-enabled "new subject" edit box

I forgot to mention that I turned on the ability to enter a new subject. In the past, Chris has mentioned the desire to NOT display a subject if there isn't one. This seems obvious, no? But the implementation currently displays the first few words of the post as subject if you do not create one (which you could not do for a while!)
